A Simple Method For Feeling More Courageous In The Face Of Anxiety

In this episode I’m sharing a very simple and effective practice for not only building your courage in the face of anxiety and current challenges, but building your overall sense of belief in yourself that you can overcome any challenge or obstacle that you’re presented with.

This episode was inspired by The O Project – a powerful photography project that aims to “[break] down the barriers of female sexual well-being”, created by Marcos Alberti.

In The O Project, Marcos photographs 20 women before, during and after orgasm. Hence the big “O”! He takes headshots of these women and truly captures the post-orgasm glow and radiance that each women posses. It’s an amazingly beautiful display of the feminine sexual energy and the healing and transformative power that it possess.

I loved the before and after aspects of The O Project, and felt that a similar framework could be applied to the area of facing fears and stepping into challenging situations.
